Rick Hundley, President Unitech Composites and Structures
Rick Hundley was appointed to the position of President, Unitech Composites and Structures on 9/21/2011, with responsibility for all aspects of operations and financial performance.
Hundley brings to Unitech more than 25 years of experience in senior aerospace and defense leadership positions. He has a broad-based background in global aerospace P&L management, manufacturing, strategic and operational planning, program management, contracts management, sales and marketing, finance, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, logistics, communications and legislative affairs.
Previously, Hundley has held senior executive positions leading aerospace and defense corporations in products and engineering/technical services with: A&T Systems, M7 Aerospace, the Safran Group, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics.
Hundley holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting, and a BS in Engineering Management. He is a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Institute completing executive programs in Senior Strategic Leadership, Strategic Leadership, and Lean Enterprise. He is also a graduate of the General Dynamics Institute in Program Management, and has completed executive programs with leading Universities.
Randy Bell, Vice President of Finance, Unitech Composites & Structures
Mr. Bell joined Unitech in March of 2011 and serves as Vice President-Finance. As a senior level executive, Bell has demonstrated the ability to impact businesses by maximizing profits through achievements in strategy and growth opportunities, improved operations, and cost reduction initiatives.
Bell brings to Unitech more than 25 years of experience in operational finance in a variety of industries. His expertise includes executive leadership, business modeling and analytics, strategic and tactical planning, lean manufacturing and information systems.
Prior to joining Unitech Bell held the role of Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Pearson Packaging Systems, a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging machinery. At Pearson Bell directed all financial aspects of the company with significant involvement in strategic planning, organizational development and leadership of the finance, human resources and information systems functions.
Bell is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. In addition Bell has completed several executive education programs including the Key Executives program at Harvard Business School.
